The Employer/Carrier prevailed on compensability of the Claimant’s cervical condition as he had not treated for the condition under Workers’ Compensation and had preexisting conditions from a prior motor vehicle accident that Suzanne was able to introduce evidence of for consideration that contradicted the Claimant’s testimony that he had not previously injured or treated his cervical spine.
