Taylor R. Phillips

Attorney

Taylor Phillips focuses her practice in the area of workers' compensation defense and related matters. She assists employers and carriers throughout the claim process, from investigating the work place accident to defending litigated issues, responding to requests for different forms of benefits, and guiding the client towards successful claim resolution.  She represents local and regional employers and national insurers, providing the right counsel for each to effectively protect our clients.

Prior to joining our firm, Taylor was a law clerk for the Honorable Gustavo A. Gelpi of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  During law school, Taylor was the Editor-in-Chief for the Regent University Law Review and competed in three national moot court competitions. At graduation, Taylor was awarded the American Law Institute’s Outstanding Leadership and Scholarship Award for her expansion of Regent University Law Review’s issues and recognition from moot court competitions.
