Jasmine N. Joseph

Jasmine Joseph joined McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Weaver & Stern PA in August 2024. She graduated from The University of South Florida in 2018, before attending St. Thomas Benjamin L. Crump College of Law College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2024. There, she served on the boards for various clubs and organizations, including serving as an Articles Editor for the St Thomas Law Review. While in law school, she also interned under the Honorable Michele Towbin-Singer in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and actively volunteered with the Haitian Lawyers Association and Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
Jasmine Joseph focuses her practice in the area of workers' compensation defense and related matters. She assists employers and carriers throughout the claim process, from investigating the work place accident to defending litigated issues, responding to requests for different forms of benefits, and guiding the client towards successful claim resolution. Jasmine Joseph represents local and regional employers and national insurers, providing the right counsel for each to effectively protect our clients.
