WILLIAMS v. MORTOROLA

Plaintiff worked for Motorola for approximately four years. She was terminated and subsequently filed suit alleging violations of Title VII and the ADA. The trial court disposed of the majority of claims on motion for summary judgment. The Circuit Court found that the trial court had erred in not granting summary judgment with respect to the claims of sexual harassment and discrimination stemming from alleged treatment she had received while employed by Motorola (i.e, job assignments, performance appraisals, and pay).
